If you face the Hippodrome on St Augustines Parade and walk to the left, you will find Denmark Street (Vision Express is on the corner) Walk up Denmark Street and take the 3rd turning on the right, which is Orchard Street.  Lucy Bristow Appointments has a red door (with buzzer entry) on the left hand side of the street.
